Nationwide Title Companies

Wondering if anyone recommends a nationwide title company - we buy mortgages and as part of due diligence order title reports etc

I have found not all title companies are equal. I just ordered 20 reports from a company and they missed on 2 (10% error rate) property sold at tax sale.

Of course their “fine print” states they will only insure $1500 which I should of picked up that any company that has to stipulate a minimum coverage and not honor an errors and omissions clause for what the loss is, was a big red flag. (Live and learn)

So looking for recommendations of a title company who people recommend and will cover actual loss.
