Hanging my brokerage license

Tim Steed
Posted

Hello,

I recently renewed my real estate brokerage license and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on where I can hang it. My primary motivation is to access the mls for sourcing personal deals (typically flips) and saving myself and my partners brokerage fees when we turn them around. On an average year we do about 2M worth of volume. I have a full time job that I don’t plan on leaving and was wondering if there are forms out there that would accommodate this type of relationship, seems like it should be mutually beneficial to myself and a firm that hung my license. Any advice would be welcome.
