Ideal LTV for Rental Portfolio

Hey guys,

I'm working to grow my rental portfolio and want to know what an ideal LTV would be from a banking standpoint? Obviously lower the better, but wanting to set some guidelines to make sure I don't go over. Any input would be helpful!
