BEST LOC LOWEST RATE ??

I have a debt free million dollar diverse real estate portfolio that I’ve been acquiring the past 7 years using only cash purchases. I am now currently developing an 11 unit commercial building with a retail space. I need lending option with lowest rates possible to speed up the development and pay for higher end materials for better finish touches.

What options do I have as I never borrowed before. I want to be able to acquire a line of credit of about $1million with a low apr. I want to use only when I can and get charged for it as I am not looking for a loan. What is the quickest best way to get a Low rate LOC right now. Do I have to secure my assets? If I don't secure it is there a way to still get a low rate LOC. Pls let me know. Located in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Thanks.
