Finding Trust Deed Buyers/Investors

Hello BP Community!

I currently intern for a real estate professional who is the CEO of a mortgage fund and has an industrial investment company located in Torrance, CA. Due to the global pandemic going on, we are expected to receive less money back from our borrowers this quarter. So one of the solutions we are thinking of is to sell off some of the trust deeds that we own. That way, we will get some money back so we can continue lending money.

So my question is, what and where is the best place to find investors/buyers who are interested in buying/investing in some trust deeds. I'm guessing the easiest route is to find mortgage brokers who specialize in brokering trust deed. If any Mortgage Brokers are reading this, where do you find most of your clients?

I have researched some companies that specialize in buying trust deed and there are also institutional lenders who we could sell off out trust deeds to as well. But I am just curious if anyone has any other ideas. Thanks!
