CHOICERenovation Re-Fi from Freddie Mac: Does it exist?

Hi folks, I'm strongly considering some upgrades and expansion to primary residence. After some research on financing I've come across this CHOICERenovation package offered by Freddie Mac. I've contacted my two primary creditors and they both tell me they don't offer it. I've contacted a handful of other lenders and most have never heard of it. Has anyone actually used this package? It seems almost too good to be true, but according to Freddie Mac its readily available to anyone interested. Any shared knowledge on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
