Rural Development loan Audit

I hope somebody can give me some insight. I am selling a house I rehabbed and it was scheduled to close tomorrow. Today I was told that it was randomly selected for a USDA audit and can't close until next Tuesday at the earliest. I have never heard of this. I thought the borrowers' papework was well-scrutinized already. Has anybody experienced this type of audit and do I have anything to worry about?
