CF Bank underwriters not experienced in mortgage loans

CF Bank lured me in with attractive closing costs. Since orig mtg, income same, credit score up from 705 to 780, debt down. Refi denied. Don't be lured in.  Refi denied.  They are very small players, so maybe they are out of money to loan me, but other mortgage business said this would have been an easy refi.  Something is not right with this bank.  Best to look elsewhere.
