Portfolio Lenders in Milwaukee, WI

Posted

Hello,

I planning to purchase a property in Milwaukee, WI. I submitted an offer on a property yesterday and I am waiting to hear from the seller. Are there any portfolio lenders that service the Milwaukee, WI area? I have a pre-approval from a bank for 4.8, however, I am trying to see if I can get a lower rate from a portfolio lender. I appreciate any leads. Thanks.

If you are free Thursday night, look under BP events for Show Me The Money. There will be a bunch of banks, brokers and HMLs plus experienced investors who you can connect with. Is this a joke you are living in are are you going to be buying it in an LLC and renting it out? If you're buying in your personal name, I would definitely check out Land Credit Union or Summit CU.
