Need investment help!!!

Hello everyone, I’m trying to find out more information on weather or not using a hard money lender is good for my first deal; since I don’t have not enough or anywhere near enough to fully buy and rehab on my own. I would like to turn to the community for some help. Thank you all very much for your input!
