HI, my name is Jacob Sanchez and I was looking for some ideas on finding investors for real estate opportunities. I've been finding great properties and running numbers to make sure that they are worth the investment, but I'm looking for more ways to get in contact with other investors for funding options. What ways could I find hard money lenders in my area or how to get in contact with people who would know them? & what are some methods that some of you have seen or done to be successful in this search?
