Where should your professionals be located?

I'm imagining this will be glaringly obvious to everyone else, but it is, in fact, a sincere question on my end.

Where should your attorney, lender, real estate agent, and property manager be located? If you want to buy in a city several hours away, or potentially several states away, does your lender need to be in that state? Do you have to shop property managers in that city or area? It seems there would be advantages to having someone who knows the area and the contractors that work there. On that same note, an agent who lives where you live would be of little benefit advising on a property several states over, correct? Is there a correct answer here?

It seems chaotic to have a different set of pro's in every city you buy in. Do you just find one set for where you permanently live?

Thanks for the patience and thoughts!
