DFW Homepath lender suggestion

Hello All,

I am looking to build a portfolio of SFR rentals in the Dallas area. I am thinking about looking at homepath properties and came across a list of approved lenders. Does anyone here have experience with any of them?

One of the realtors I am working with referred PrimeLending ventures , Highland loan source. Does any of you used them and how are they to work with? I contacted them and for pre approval they are asking me to send my personal information. What are the things I should be looking in a lender?

Thanks in advance.
