Oregon broker fees
Hello All,
I'm looking at getting my Oregon brokers license. It appears that once you get your license and find a principal to work under, you have additional monthly fees of upwards of $300-$400.
Is this accurate?
Do all brokers and/or r.e. offices charge fees?
If I only do 1 or 2 deals a year, it does not pencil out to get your broker license.
Thanks,
George O.
