Lease Option Friendly Mortgage Companies

Hello,

I am looking for a Mortgage Company/Broker that will work with me on Lease Option deals. Working with clients that have steady jobs but for whatever reason don't qualify for a mortgage today but will be able to qualify in 6-18 months.

Anyone have people/companies they would recommend?

I am working in the Detroit metro area (Royal Oak/Clawson/Farmington).
