Best South Florida bank with physical locations.
Hey,
So as stated above I am currently looking for the best bank that I can go to in order to get a loan on a property that I plan to refinance in 6 months. What I want to know is what banks have individuals had the best experience with down in south florida. I am doing this deal with my father he likes doing things old school so it must be a physical bank. I heard in one of the BP podcasts that they suggested picking a small bank and doing all of my deals with one bank and that they would eventually get me better rates and simplify the process. To put it briefly I want a bank (or credit union) that has a location where I can go to talk a representative in person. Secondly, someone with a good reputation and good customer service. Lastly, I would like for the bank to have a competitive rates. Thank you, I would really appreciate any suggestions.
