Cashing out as a foreign investor?
Hi all,
I’m a foreign investor, bought 7 buy/hold rentals in Buffalo in cash, each for around 50k. They were bought in the last 3 years and generating ~16% annual ROI.
I want to BRRRR them, but to my knowledge, US banks won’t refinance properties held by a foreigner even if they are held by a US LLC.
I use to live in the US for many years, got excellent credit score as I keep using and paying my US credit cards.
Any ideas on the options I have to leverage my properties?
Thanks
