Condo buyers mortgages for modular construction

Hello. 

Does anyone know if FREDDY and FANNIE lend to buyers purchasing modular prefab? 

These construction methods have gotten so good they have surpassed conventional construction methods. 

Im in the midst of developing a project and need to find out with my potential buyers will be able to get mortgages via FREDDY and FANNIE. Please advise.
