HELOC on a rental property in Everett, WA

I have a SFH rental property in Everett, WA that I’d like to use for a HELOC. Does anyone have a recommendation for a local bank or CU (or national one for that matter) that offers HELOCs on rental homes? I know they’re hard to come by. Thanks for any input.

Sound community bank is kind of the best obscure sitatuon lender, they've got a lot of flexibility on products.

I also like BECU.

Snocope is smaller but they rock-my best friend is actually a lender there

And Seattle met credit union is a good option too.

Good luck!
