HELOC for multiple properties
Good afternoon BP community!
Im located in Elgin IL. I currently have 2 properties and I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the equity I have on both properties as a down payment on another property? the reason being I don’t have enough equity on each property to use as a down payment but if I were to combine the equity I def would. Is this possible? Like a combined HELOC or something?
