Ask for a Loan from the same Credit Union that gave me a car loan

I bought a new car, and got connected to a smaller credit union the rate was good 2.49%. The loan was 42 months, but I paid it off after 24.

I was thinking since I already have a relationship with them, do you think it makes sense for me to ask them about a investment real estate loan now?

Also will they look at it negatively that I paid it off early? I never missed a payment or anything like that.

I have a good credit score (760+).

Thanks in advance
