Taking the fun out of funds, when banks go bust
When a bank goes bankrupt, we are left relying on FDICs for our savings, but what about your loans and mortgages? Does anyone here on Biggerpockets have experience with being left out in the cold on your bank loan with a bank that has gone bust?
