Hi,

We just got an offer accepted in Lakewood, OH. The seller asked if don't need help with closing. I was wondering if it's typical to split closing costs?

Some split and some don’t it’s all negotiable. Beware you will probably be required to have a point of sale inspection prior to close. It’s a hassle when going through it but overall I think it helps maintain property values in Lakewood
