Golden State Finance DPA program - Los Angeles

Hey BP community,

I have lender I’ve been in communication with but I want to shop around for the experience of “interviewing” lenders & also for flexibility in the loan terms and qualifications. The lender I have been in contact with is pretty conservative in their lending efforts but they work in partnership with a Down Payment Assistance Program that would significantly help out when it comes to purchasing. So my question is does anyone in the area have or know someone who is familiar with the Golden State Finance DPA program?
