Looking to pull cash out of free+clear 4 Unit in West Palm Beach

Hello,

I own a quadplex in West Palm Beach-Riviera Beach, Florida and I am looking for some recommendations of banks (large or small locals) to pull some cash out. 

I have owned it free and clear under an LLC since 2014.

Have not done a refi before so any tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
