Chemical Bank + LLCs?

Hi All,

Hope you're ready for the upcoming week!

For anyone who's worked with Shawn Huss and team at Chemical Bank, do you know what their policies are with transferring title from a personal account to an LLC? I doubt it, but do they lend to LLCs? I bet most likely not, but do they allow transferring the title? Do they typically call the Due on Sale Clause?

Any insights would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hey @Ahmed Youssef, yes I spoke to someone from Chemical Bank and they had confirmed that they do not lend to LLCs. I spoke to Caeli (pronounced Chay-Lee) Ridge from Ridge Lending Group and she said they can do a quit claim deed and transfer title from the person to an LLC. It seems like that's the easiest way to get funding to an LLC. Hope this helps!
