Hi gang - I have a duplex under contract at $78k with rents of $1200 a month and I'm in need of some lender contacts. It's a smaller loan sand having some difficulty finding a lender. Standard 20% down is no problem and credit is great. Any specific contacts would be great. Property is in KCMO and I'm in Utah.
