Call center LO position

I was contacted by a recruiter for a bank about a LO position in a call center. 100% of the leads are given to you. About 2/3 of your sales come from calling leads and the other third from inbound calls. I've been in the mortgage business for about 6 years and can't imagine doing anything else. Can anyone give me any insight into this job? Pros cons? How many loans can you expect to close per month?
