Banks in Buffalo, NY that are Real Estate Investor Friendly

I am interested in opening a new savings account with a bank in the Buffalo, NY area (14223 specifically). I would like this to be a bank where I can develop relationships and build a great reputation so that, in the future, I may take out loans for real estate investing. I am under the impression that local banks tend to be more useful for this reason than larger banks. Does anybody have any suggestions of banks they have had luck with?
