I am looking for attorneys, title company, lender, insurance agent referrals in the following states who are either practicing the creative financing techniques themselves OR are very familiar with them to make them work for me. Compliance with various statutes are the most important issue and best defense against ignorance:

CA, TX, CO, TN, AL

I appreciate if anyone can post either specific contact information on these or how to go about finding these people in a time efficient matter.
