Looking to refinance before 6 months - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Hi,

Purchased a 3 bed/1 bath home in Milwaukee, WI in May 2017 for cash. Renovated the home with cash and it now has an after renovation value of $130k - $140k. Will rent out the home for $1,300/month but would like to refinance in order to get our capital back.

Are there any banks/lenders that will refinance a home before the 6 month seasoning period?

Thank you,

Ross

Where did you come up with the 6 month seasoning restriction?  I use commercial notes thru local lenders and have never heard of that.
