ARM vs 30-Yr Fixed Based on Short-Term Hold Strategy
I've financed all of my properties using 30-year fixed mortgages. But recently I have started wondering if I should consider an ARM (maybe a 5 or 7 year ARM). I've heard different schools of thought on how long to hold a property. But if my strategy was to hold for 5 years then do you seen any downside to an ARM?
