Solo loan with joint bank account

Ok, my question is, my wife and I share a joint bank account. My wife's income is higher than mine, but, is mostly tips, pay for services, and other deposits like that. Her credit is not good either. my income is about $42,000 a year documented. My deposits into the bank account are about $2500 a month, total deposits in the account are about $9,000 a month. My question is, how will this affect a mortgage? Will part of the money passing through the bank account be allowed to be considered toward my eligibility? Will they disregard the whole thing and only base everything off of my income? which will in this case be too low to obtain any type of mortgage loan
