How to Prep for Portfolio Lenders

I'm working on property #4, and between #3 and now, I've decided to pull the trigger on an LLC. Until now, I've gotten my lender packages down pretty good for conventional loans, but I'm curious how things will change when dealing with portfolio lenders. It seems they are more interested in my investing history, P&Ls and the property itself, rather than my personal finances, although I'm sure they'll want those too. How should my preparation differ for this type of loan? I want to put together a package that will answer all their questions up front. Thanks for any tips!
