Trying to buy my Third duplex or multi-units. my first duplex i bought it in 2015 and is FHA i bought it for $110,000 it was from HUD i did a flip and now is worth 160,000 i rent it for 780 each side. my second duplex i bought it in 2016 conventional i bout it for 171,000 and put down $30,000 and rent it for 850 each side. want to buy a third multi unit without 20% Down. what are my option?
