Referral to Package Real Estate Portfolio Loan

Just got done at the local REIA meeting. The big fish has several rental properties and has maxed out at ten loans. He is looking to package his loans in order to acquire more property.

He got a quote to repackage his loans, I'm assuming they are conventional bank loans, into one loan and he didn't want to pay so much to consolidate his loans.

Can I please get a referral to someone that can repackage his Portfolio and consolidate his loans? Someone with a reasonable cost would be ideal. Thank you.
