Lenders in Dallas (south of downtown)

Hi,
I am a buy and hold investor focused on the southern sector of Dallas (Cedar Hill, Glenn Heights, Desoto) where I have a couple of properties. I worked with the big banks for lending on those properties. It was not a great experience. 

I have heard that smaller/local banks may be better to work with than the bigger institutions.

Does anyone know of a smaller bank in the area?
