Fha program mortgage lender advice

Hello everyone, I've been reading forums on bp for a couple of months now but this will be my first post. I live in Massachusetts now a little south of Boston l, I'm looking into buying my first multi family by the end of this year and I'm interested in the house hacking strategy. I've done a lot of reading and research and I'm at a point now where I need to talk to a mortgage lender and find a realtor. I was just hoping someone could give me a little advice or possibly some referrals on who to contact or where to start looking for a mortgage lender, I plan to use the FHA program buy the way or hopefully talk to a lender and maybe look into some other low money down options. Thank you! -Victor
