My name is Richard and I'm looking to jump into my first real estate deal! Exciting stuff, I know. I was hoping to find a mortgage broker that has done deals with multi-family properties that can assist me with my first purchase. I've been looking into mainly quads in the Mesa/Tempe area. Any recommendations are truly appreciated. Thanks!
