Hi

I have a real estate LLC that was recently started. I want to open up a bank account for the LLC. Wanted to know what is the best kinds of bank that is real estate investor friendly. Just don't want to walk in to any bank. In other words, what are the right questions that I should be asking a bank before I open my LLC account there for real estate investing. What features of the bank should I be looking for as an investor that would be in my best interest down the road. What kind of banks do experienced real estate investors use, and why.

Thank you , your advise would be much appreciated.
