We are looking for a lender in the Kansas City area that specializes in agricultural loans, specifically in the area south of Overland Park, Spring Hill area. Financing needs would include land purchase, operating capital and possibly the use of my VA loan for a new house construction. Basic loan parameters. Land prices between $300k to $1 million.
