Equity Based Lending

I am looking for an equity based lender to assist me in my endeavor to purchase an investment property that was appraised at $2.6 million in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Please note that I don't want a traditional loan based on the purchase price, my qualifications or credit score... but on the "value" or perhaps the "equity" of the property alone.  In other words, if it was appraised at $2.6 million, what would you loan toward that appraised value?

This loan can be in my name alone or in the name of my company.

Please advise if you or you know of someone or another company that can accommodate me.
