In the past I have known some PML & HML that forclosed on a few properties which were under water, half way renovated or the borrower just realized he was over his head on his/her 1st. flip! My ? is why are they so reluctant to make a deal on these when they are already going to lose? I even tried to make a deal to finish the renovation with my own funds if there was any potential at all to just stop the bleeding and move another property.

I would like to know if you or someone you know, has any of these properties, and they are serious about getting rid of that headache to get in touch with me! A better alternative thjan greater loss!!!
