Hey BP,

What are some things one can do to find private lenders for potential deals? So one could avoid hard money? Any help appreciated!

Thanks

The more deals that you do, the easier it gets. NO one will trust you with their hard earned money right off the bat on your first deal or two. Do some deals with hard money, make some money and let people know what you are doing. People will see that you are successful at what you do and will start to trust you. Network at your local investor meetings. Yes you are going to have to join groups, and within those groups of hundreds you will find 1 or 2 people that will have the money and trust to fund your deals. Network with investor groups, website, facebook, friends, family.
