I do not collect a w2 however I earn a significant amount of income each year through my two companies earnings/distributions. Does anyone know how I can qualify for refinancing on my personal residence. I have more than 50% equity and over 790 credit. I just don't collect a bi weekly w2 income. Any ideas/suggestions would be awesome!!!
