Hey all,

We lived in Chicago for about 20 years but haven't lived there for about 13.  We are interested in buying a building or 2 there, but have no contacts in the biz.  Can anyone recommend an excellent realtor, lender (preferably no seasoning needed) and possibly a contractor, just to be safe.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
