Attorney Recommendation - Jacksonville, FL

I am looking to buy a second home in the Jacksonville, FL area.  Since I live out of state, I am trying to line up an attorney ahead of time, so that I can quickly make an offer.  I am looking for a transactional type attorney, i.e. one who does many closings, and offers a set fee or generally lower fee.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
