Cash out refi after transferring title from LLC to personal name

I purchased a property through my LLC back in Oct 2015. Then it became my primary residence so I moved it into my personal name in April of 2016.

Since I transferred the property from my LLC (which I am a 100% owner) into my personal name, do I still have to wait 6 months since the title transfer before doing a cash out refinance?

I have technically owned the property since October of 2015, right?
