Looking for investor friendly broker to work under in MN
I am a new investor from Hastings, MN. I am interested in getting my real estate agent license within the next 6 months for my own investment purposes, not to pursue a full-time real estate career. I currently work full time as an AutoCAD drafter/design assistant for a local design-build and would like to start investing on a part-time basis by flipping houses. Ideally, I am looking for a flat fee brokerage that charges a set amount per transaction, since I will be starting my investment adventure slowly and just need a place to hang my license. I'm thinking 2-3 flips the first year to get started. If anyone is or knows of a broker that would be a good match in the Twin Cities SE metro area, I would love to talk to them.
