Suggestions on Funding

Hello So here is what I am working with. A partner and myself planning on purchasing a Fix and Flip property. We're getting a good deal on the house. Although we are in the business of wholesaling we are looking to fix and flip this house in order to pay off a little debt as well as acquire some capital to reinvest moving forward. Does anyone have any suggestions of any lenders (hard-money/private) or investor friendly banks (funding, flip loans, etc) that could help us with securing funding? Would be able to provide all details! Thanks Eddie
